Loterj's announcement of PNR Technologia and Lema's attempts to obtain certification faces criticism from Brazil's Ministry of Finance and Brazil's Institute of Responsible Gaming (IBJR).
Brazil's IBJR issued a memo condemning Rotterzi's actions. It outlined that it was acting beyond appropriate scope in approving its national activities to gambling companies. The IBJR called the move a "blatant violation" of federal regulations.
"Roterji's conduct causes disorder, raises unnecessary doubts and harms the process of regulating Brazil's fixed betting industry," the IBJR note noted.
"It is illegal for fixed-odd betting operators licensed by Rotterzi (or any other agency other than the Treasury) to explore this lottery scheme and take the position that they have the right to provide these services to consumers located outside the territory of Rio de Janeiro State." 스포츠토토
IBJR also alleges that the company has been issuing letters to gambling companies calling on them to stop operating because they do not have the licenses granted by Rotterzi or risk several administrative sanctions procedures.
This was an "unfair request" in the eyes of the IBJR, which lacked a legal basis. This is because of the Supreme Court's decision that the power of legislation continues to be exclusive to the Federation under Article 22 of the Federal Constitution.
